As I begin my journey towards implementing a flipped classroom with project-based learning, there are several questions I have had to ask myself initially in order to create the best opportunity for my innovation plan to succeed. These questions are:

WHAT ARE MY DESIRED RESULTS:

1. To have at least one teacher from each grade level commit to implementing the flipped classroom with project-based learning by the end of the school year.

The 3 vital behaviors that must occur for this result to have the greatest possibility of being realized are:

1. Stakeholders must begin using technology and media to experience blended learning

2. Stakeholders must look for ways to integrate curriculum into a flipped learning model

3. Stakeholders must hold each other accountable for maintaining the implementation once started

HOW WILL I TRACK MY PROGRESS TOWARDS THE RESULT I DESIRE:

1. Conduct weekly visits to stakeholders' rooms to observe frequency and manner in which technology is being used

2. Monitor campus social media accounts to assess level of commitment, interest, and application of blended learning by stakeholders

3. Have stakeholders submit weekly evidence showing usage of the flipped learning resource database created by me

4. Collect weekly agendas of accountability partner meetings that detail topics discussed and any conclusion that were reached

WHO ARE MY INFLUENCERS:

1. Me

2. Campus formal leaders (principal and assistant principal),

3. Campus opinion leaders (specifically 2 opinion leaders who have been on campus for over 20)

4. Tech savvy teachers on campus

5. Newer, younger teachers who are more familiar with technology and, therefore, may be more open to classroom innovation ideas involving technology

Along with answering these crucial questions and recognizing vital behaviors, the six sources of influence will help increase opportunities to establish behavior changes on my campus.
